I like the overall idea of this piece. While I am not a drawing artist, i do spend a lot of time around horses and dogs.

For the horses, your overall body shape and movement is good but try to put a little more definition in the chest region. The mane movement on the two brown horses is nice but the chestnut one (middle) seems flat and unmoving. There also seems to be a bit of disconnect between where the arm stats and where it ends under the dog. This may be an optical illusion though. On the darkest horse, his front left hoof seems to be pointing a little too far up in a bit of an unnatural movement. Overall on the horses I feel that you did a good job and I rather like the originality of their markings and mane colors/styles.

As you mentioned you don't like doing dogs too much, I'll kind of glaze over him. Your shoulder area (in the line of the back) seems to be missing and kind of messes with his flow of motion. For my tastes, hi face is a little too short though this may have been intentional. His ear is a little too far forward on his head and too far upright, his other ear seems to be missing entirely. Many times, even a little part of the other ear is visible. As for his tail, it's a cool idea but I mistake it for feathering on one of the horses at first glance.

Overall, I like this piece and while you do have room for improvement, I fell that you are quite the upcoming artist ^^
